SAMoCA at JAX is set to launch SAMoCA at Night, a curated series of conversations with artists and cultural experiences as part of its current exhibition A Night of a Lifetime.
SAMoCA at Night will take place across two weekends, when participants will share insights into their creative processes, the inspirations behind their works, and their perspectives on wedding celebrations as spaces of heritage and transformation.
Curated by Philippe Castro and Alaa Tarabzouni, A Night of a Lifetime features 35 artists from Saudi Arabia, the region, and the world, whose works explore marriage not as a fixed tradition but as a living system of care, ritual, and collective memory. This multidisciplinary exhibition includes new commissions and notable international loans, spanning photography, sculpture, installation, video, textiles, and interactive works.
