Al Murabba: Saudi’s New Incredible Green Project

Incredible news in Saudi this week as His Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz unveiled the newest Saudi development Mega Project: Al Murabba. It is the world’s biggest modern downtown project which will include residential areas, a museum, a technology and design university, a multipurpose theater and a giant cubic center.

The new innovative project, Al Murabba, is expected to span over more than 25 million square kilometers, wityh 104,000 residential units, 9,000 hotel rooms, 980,000 square meters of retail space, 1.4 million square meters of office space, 620,000 square meters of leisure assets and 1.8 million square meters of community facilities.

Best of all, residents will be able to enjoy having everything within a 15-minute walking radius. In addition, the development will have an internal transport system.

In the heart of Al Murabba, a new Riyadh landmark, The Mukaab, will combine cutting-edge technology and out-of-this-world architectural styling. It will boast first-of-its-kind facilities and will be one of the largest built structures in the world with a square size of 400 meters high, 400 meters wide and 400 meters long.

Visitors stepping inside The Mukaab will experience a climate-controlled environment with mind-blowing holographic and sci-fi designs transporting them to Mars!

Al Murabba is expected to be accomplished for Saudi Vision 2030, welcoming hundreds of thousands of residents. It is a part of Saudi’s plan to diversify its economy, and work to add sustainable projects and cities to the area.
