Located in Al Nakheel on Al Takhassousi Road, Blu is all about top-notch ingredients and perfectly baked, woodfire crusts. But if you’re wondering where to start, we’re telling you: go straight for the Musakhan and Short Ribs pizzas.
The Musakhan Pizza (92 SAR) at Riyadh’s Blu Pizzeria is an absolute game-changer—sumac sauce, sautéed chicken, onions, roasted almonds, a hint of sour cream, and that balsamic drizzle on a soft sourdough base. It’s that East-meets-West flavor combo you didn’t know you needed.
